Introduction For Application&Advantage

1 This extruder is a kind of extruding machine for PE/PPR Pipes and PVC profile production line. The auxiliary extruder can extrude all kinds of mark lines on the surface of the pipe and profile.It also can be used for pelletzing extrusion line.

2 The system is controlled by dedicated computers. According to customer requirements, most reasonable screws can be configured to achieve optimal plasticization and logistic quality.

3 All the screws are processed by high-precision special NC screw milling machines to ensure high consistency extruding performance.

4 The most advanced variable pitch and depth screw design technology has been firstly introduced, making screw shearing and compression milder and itself more appropriate for practical requirement.

5 The special design of distribution cabinet enlarges thrust bearing and adopts original bearings, guaranteeing the drive's long service life and the bearing of larger extrusion capacity.

6 The electrical appliance system maximally adopts imported original parts and has many failure alarm functions, reducing failures and facilitating troubleshooting.

7 Special design of cooling system enlarges the heat radiation area and quickens the cooling with the temperature precision up to ±1°C.
