2.Application:

With this production line you can extrude high quality large diameter water
supply and gas supply pipes. The pipes produced by our line have excellent stiffness and flexibility, resistance to creep deformation, excellent heat-linkage. Large diameter HDPE pipes start to play very important role in the city water and gas supply systems.

3.Properties and Advantages:

The production line consists of control system, extruder, mould, calibration unit, haul-off unit, planetary cutter and stacker.

Downstream equipment:

The die head is the latest designed lattice type or spiral diffluence type, it features in easy adjustment and even extrusion. The calibration unit adopts the special slotted technology and it is cooled down by the water ring, so that the pipe can be precisely made. The electrical control parts, equipped with PLC module, features in perfect alarm system, friendly human-machine interface and easy operation.

a.Vacuum calibration water tank: it is equipped with two-stage vacuum system(for large diameter)advanced water recycle & high pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water level & water temperature automatic control system. The accurate stannum bronze calibration sleeve ensures fast cooling speed and molding of pipe. Its material is stainless steel.

b.Spray cooling water tank: Long cooling unit ensures high efficiency cooling, Unique pipeline design shorten cooling length, its material is stainless steel.

c.Haul-off unit: special integral transmission unit avoids asynchrony of individual transmission, Various control

method ensures more flexible & accurate orientation, Accurate pressure regulating system makes hauling power adjustable. It has unique structure & flexible operation, its speed can be adjusted by motor inverter.
