This extrusion line is developed with advanced extrusion technology. The main machine is the Conical Twin-screw Extruder, which is suitable for PVC trunking or PVC pipe extrusion. The accessorial machines of this production line are Vacuum Forming Table, Traction machine, Cutter and product Stacker.We design latest Twin Screw Extruder in counter rotating technology with controlled raw material feeding, having 100-550 kgs / hr capacity with compact gear box design and complete with AC / DC drive synchronization of extruder, feeder and haul-off.
The extruder is driven by AC inverter adjustable speed controll extrusion system, Vaccum, diameter-fixed spray, cooling device, traction machine. This corresponding extruding system with the die can produce all kinds of irregular shapes of pipes & profiles.
