1.Application Area
The production line produces different sheets, including PP, and PS etc. The materials are used for drinking cups, ice-cream cups, yogurt cups, packing boxes and so plastic vessels.
2.Characters:
This production line is composed of extruding, calendaring and traction rolling, the main parts including screw rods, cylinder, die are made of high quality specially-treated alloys. Its characterized by abrasion resistant, resistant to corrosion, high-temperature resistance force and has no retention, which have the sheets of thickness is in balance.
The internally spiral tank ensures an effective cooling. With electric quick net-changer device, it is easy to change and install.
