Application
Φ20-800 series PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used in manufacturing the pipes for agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc. This line is composed by conical twin-screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter and staker etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul-off motors adopt high-quality brand. The haul-off methods are two-claw, eight-claw etc. You may choose saw cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionally attached with the length counter and intensify device. The equipment is with the reliable performance and high production efficiency. Our company can also manufacture special pipe production lines, eg.
