Main applications:
This
production line is composed of single screw stem extruder, vacuum shaping box, spraying cooling box, drawer, cutter, pilling frame, and also coordinated with different specification of moulds, to produce pressured water-supply, draining, gas, chemical antisepsis pipe materials etc.

Technical Introduction
Firstly, put PP-R material and other assistant material into the mixer and mixing the material symmetrically, then feed into the hopper, at the same time heat extruder and keep the temperature,and the material is melted and plasticizing by
extruder,then extruded by die and head and goes into vacuum calibration tank. and cooling device., then draw-off by draw-off machine, then printing word by ink jet printer, then put into automatic dustness cuter to finish the automatic cut according to pre-kept length and stacking into the shelf. And the qualified product is packed and put into storeroom, and inferior product is crushed and recycled.
This
pipe extrusion machine mainly includes
single screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray water cooling tank,
haul-off machine, cutting machine(or winder) and staker.
