Dryer & Vacuum feeder
Vacuum feeder is used for loading the PPR material into extruder's dryer hopper. This can reduce worker's labor intensity, high auotomatic with no dust and noise. It is very easy to operation, raise producing efficiency.

PP PE plastic pipe material, profiled material, plate material, sliced material, bar material and granulation.
Most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. The screw is made by high precision special digital
screw miller; Extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing
screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged.
Vacuum Tank / Vacuum Bath
Vacuum bath is made of stainless steel, it is stable and adjusted, and it can be adjusted horizontally and vertically. It consists of vacuum pumps, water pumps, motor for moving table automatically, etc. This is one of assitant machines in PP PE pipe extrusion line. It is used to make material from
extruder shape and cool down. We can change the quantity of vacuum pumps and water pumps, and the length of table according to the diameter of pipes, the wall thickness of
pipes .
Cutter/ Cutting Machine
Cutter is also the down equpment of PP PE pipe extrusion line, it adopts full aotomatic cutting way without any chips, base frame of saw strock can reach to 1600mm. At the same time, this machine with self protitive fuction.
