Technical flow:
Raw material+ additive → mixing → conveying feeding → plunger stamping extruder → mould →ink printer → cooling water tank → haul-off → meter measurer → winder → manual cut → finished product inspecting & packing

Features of Product:
1.The extruder is equipped with button head connecting rod structure, guide pillar positioning structure and double extruding tubes, it is of low noise, no impact, small vibration and no need to lubricate for operation.
2. Lettering device will print ink for letters before cooling down step, which will print more clear and durable font on tubes.
3.Feeder system is equipped with famous native brand wannan, spring feeding ensures stable operation and precise feeding.
4.Core rod wamer of special design is more energy saving.
5. Independent tractor is equipped with frequency changer to control traction speed precisely.
6.Take-in machine is in an indirect driven mode, to take in and drop out line automatically.
