barrel is adopted 38CrMoALA,surface of screw is dealt with nitrification,corrosion resistance,abrasion resistance. Optimized design of screw and barrel will offer many forms for you to choose and make the whole machine provide with special mixing function, good plastification capacity and steady extruding,high output and long life ect. Cooling of material barrel adopts air-cooling and quick speed net exchanging system,no stopping and make the production proceed continuously.
T-shape die head takes the design of bimodal current, making the adjustment of thickness of the board more accurate.
The modes of the three-roller calendar: According to the material properties, horizontal, vertical or inclining angle of 45 degree can be freely up and down Internal roller temperature control using a unique flow channel, so that the stability of uniform distribution roller. The independent oil temperature control for three roller to ensure more stable and exact control.
Thickness control of board: adjusted by the screw or bidirectional controlled by clamping roller, can accurately control thickness of the board.
